Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are only confirmed once booking is completed and confirmation is sent. No confirmation = no appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up, respond, or provide access to the vehicle will result in a service fee owed before rebooking.
Late Arrival
If the vehicle is not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment may be shortened or canceled.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles with excessive dirt, trash, pet hair, damage, hazards, mold, or bodily fluids may result in:
Additional charges ($20-40) , or
Immediate service refusal for hazards, mold, body fluids, damage
Weather Policy (Mobile Services)
Severe weather may require rescheduling.
Payment
Payment is cash only as of currently.
Personal Items
Try to Remove all personal belongings and valuables. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle Access
The customer must provide access to the vehicle upon arrival.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.
