Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are only confirmed once booking is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Show Policy
If vehicle is not accessible during booked time, appointment will be cancelled. Vehicle must be accessible during full appointment duration, can vary.Â
Vehicle Condition
Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time/cost. Heavily damaged vehicles with damages not limited to, but includes dents and scratches will be void to detailing.
Weather Policy
Severe weather may require rescheduling.
Payment
Payment is Cash, PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay only.
Personal Items
Try to Remove all personal belongings and valuables. We will not detail areas of vehicle with personal belongings.
Vehicle Access
The customer must provide access to the vehicle upon arrival.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.
