Appointments are only confirmed once booking is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 1 day in advance.
No-Show Policy
If vehicle is not accessible during booked time, appointment will be cancelled. Vehicle must be accessible during full appointment. Duration may vary.Â
Vehicle Condition
Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time/cost. Heavily damaged vehicles with damages not limited to, but includes, large dents and heavy scratching will be void to detailing.
Weather Policy
Bad/Severe weather may require rescheduling.
Payment
Payment is Cash or Apple Pay, No Checks
Personal Items
Try to Remove all personal belongings and valuables. We will not detail areas of vehicle with personal belongings.
Vehicle Access
The customer must provide access to the vehicle upon arrival.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.
Vehicle Photos for Social Media
Allows us to take pictures of your vehicle only to post on our website/social media. Customer may ask to opt out.
